Paid parking is available 24/7 in the garage on 52nd Street adjacent to Outpatient Clinic, across the street from the Main Hospital.

$1.50 per hour or fraction of an hour
$7.50 for a full day with overnight stay

Public Transportation Information

Children’s BART shuttle

To help meet your transportation needs we offer free shuttle service between Children’s Hospital and the MacArthur BART station, Monday-Friday, 5:50 AM to 12:10 AM in the evening. There is no service on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

Where to board the BART Shuttle

At the MacArthur BART station

The shuttle stops in front of the MacArthur BART station. Look for the purple shuttle van with the Children’s Hospital logo.

At the Hospital

The BART shuttle van picks up at the hospital main entrance.
